• May 21st: Welcome dinner at Chilston Park, Sandway.
• May 22nd: Eurotunnel crossing, lunch in Le Touquet, overnight at Chateau de Cocove.
• May 23rd: Drive to Dunkirk, guided tour, lunch, self-drive to Bruges, overnight at Dukes Palace.
• May 24th: Guided tour of Bruges, lunch at Dukes Palace, self-drive to overnight at Kasteel Van Ordingen.
• May 25th: Racing action at Spa Francorchamps, overnight at Radisson Blu, Balmoral.
• May 26th: Second Night at Radisson Blu with leisure time to explore local towns. Belgium's attractions and the racing action at Spa Francorchamps.
• May 27th: Checkout and depart back home.

Day 1 - 21st May 2024.

Meet & Greet.

Rich in history, Chilston Park has extended its gracious hospitality to esteemed politicians, writers, nobles, and viscounts throughout the ages. Today, this award-winning country house hotel in Kent is celebrated for its unique character and cherished antique treasures, some of which have a history dating back to the 17th-century manor house.

Nestled in the heart of rural Kent, Chilston Park Hotel embodies the quintessential British country house, radiating charm and sophistication. Surrounded by 77 acres of idyllic Kentish parkland and positioned along serene tree-lined lanes, it proudly stands as one of the region's most magnificent landmarks.

Your arrival and hotel check-in process will be seamless, followed by event registration and a delightful three-course dinner at the esteemed in-house restaurant with our team and the other Ferrari Enthusiasts

Day 2 - 22nd May 2024. 

Let The Journey Begin.

Begin your day with a morning departure from Chilston Park to Folkestone Eurotunnel, where a dedicated single-deck shuttle is ready and ideal for all Ferrari models. After crossing to Calais, set off on a picturesque self-drive journey along the enchanting coastline.

Around 14:00 to 14:30, relish a delightful three-course lunch at the prestigious Westminster Hotel, hosted in the Ambassador Salon.

Following lunch, continue your self-drive to the Chateau de Cocove Hotel, nestled amidst the lush hills of Recques-sur-Hem. This charming hotel extends a warm and inviting welcome, inviting you to explore its splendid grounds located near the coast, beaches, and headlands on the periphery of the Regional Natural Park.

In the evening, treat yourself to a lavish three-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and take the opportunity to peruse their remarkable wine cellar, which boasts a wide selection of exquisite champagne vintages.

Day 3 - 23rd May 2024.

Exploring Dunkirk.

Commence your journey by leaving Chateau De Cocove for a self-drive adventure along the scenic coastline (approximately 40 minutes) to Dunkirk. Your day's itinerary begins with a guided tour of the Dunkirk 1940 Museum at 10:00 am.

At 10:45 am, participate in a guided walking tour of Dunkirk, and at 11:15 am, relish a leisurely coffee break at Le Merveilleux on the seafront, where you'll be served coffee or tea along with a delectable piece of cake.

Lunch is scheduled for 12:30 pm at Princess Elizabeth, where you can enjoy a delightful meal accompanied by a café Gourmand, featuring coffee and an assortment of miniature desserts.

Afterward, we'll embark on a self-drive journey to Bruges, savoring the picturesque coastal route along the way.

Upon reaching our destination, we'll check in for an overnight stay at Duke's Palace, an exceptional five-star hotel in Flanders with a rich history as a residence of the Burgundian aristocracy. Ideally situated in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bruges, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary comfort with the authentic elegance of the 15th century. That evening, we'll indulge in a delightful three-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

Day 4 - 24th May 2024.

Exploring Bruges.

Following a delightful breakfast at Dukes Palace hotel, we will embark on a comprehensive 2-hour walking tour of Bruges. Guests will be divided into two groups, each led by an experienced guide. After the tour, we'll relish a scenic 1-hour boat ride along the enchanting canals of Bruges.

Upon concluding the boat tour, we'll return to Duke's Palace for a satisfying two-course lunch.

Following lunch, we'll commence a self-drive journey via the motorway to reach Kasteel Van Ordingen in Sint-Truiden. Nestled in the charming village of Ordingen within the city of Sint-Truiden, this castle is situated near the famous Melsterbeek river. The castle is exquisitely adorned by the internationally renowned master decorator, Pieter Porters.

In the evening, we'll indulge in a sumptuous three-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant, concluding the day in elegant style.

Day 5 - 25th May 2024.

Welcome to Spa-Francorchamps.

After departing from Kasteel van Ordingen, we'll ensure a smooth check-in process at our next hotel. Following this, we'll set off on our journey to Spa Francorchamps. While attendance at the circuit on the first day is optional, Sunday is the main event, and we've secured a dedicated viewing area for the day's racing action. For those who prefer to unwind or explore the local surroundings, the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

Both Saturday and Sunday grant access to the circuit to witness the GT Championship, including practice sessions and qualifying rounds leading up to Sunday's races. 

Day 6 - 26th May 2024.

The Action at Spa-Francorchamps.

Sunday revolves around the thrilling racing spectacle at Spa Francorchamps. Our plans include a hosted lunch right within the circuit's confines, followed by exclusive access to a prime viewing area for all the on-track excitement. Additionally, we're actively working to obtain extra passes, enhancing your opportunity to discover various sections of the circuit. 

As the day draws to a close, we'll convene once more at the hotel for our final gathering and a fond farewell dinner, marking the end of our journey together as you ready yourself for Monday morning's departure.

Day 7 - 27th May 2024 

We Bid You Fairwell.

On the last morning, it's time to vacate your room and proceed with your onward journey according to your own travel arrangements. 

Guests can choose to fly back home and have their vehicle transported to Ferrari Manchester via truck (Additional costs apply), or they can depart and continue their journey independently.

Please note, for the journey home, if you decide to drive on your own accord, tolls, and euro tunnel bookings and costs is your responsibility. If you would like us to book your Eurotunnel for you, we will happily do so for an additional cost.

Trip Duration: 7 days / 6 nights (May 21st - May 27th, 2024).

Trip Costs: Based on double occupancy. (However, accommodations can be arranged for guests bringing a partner who require separate rooms).

Eurotunnel Flexi fare in a single deck shuttle.

Overnight accommodations for 6 nights on a bed & breakfast basis.

All activities outlined in the itinerary.

Convenient parking provided at each property.

Route guidance and event staff available to assist with all needs.

24-hour emergency support throughout the trip.

Package Includes: Eurotunnel crossings, hotel stays, meals, and track activities.

Additional Costs for Attendees:

Personal expenses including spending money, shopping, additional food/gifts, additional Alcohol and drinks, additional booked activities (eg Spa treatments, rooms service etc) and any extra leisure activities.

Exclusions:

Please note that all fuel, Travel expenses, and Vehicle insurance are covered by the attendee.
