National Apprentice Week 2024

On Thursday, February 8th, 2024, as part of National Apprentice Week, we hosted an open day for people interested in joining the Ferrari family through the apprentice program at Ferrari Manchester. More than a dozen enthusiastic young individuals attended, eager to learn about opportunities within the Ferrari brand.

During the event, our team was readily available to address inquiries, provide insights into the daily routines of apprentices, and offer valuable information about the Ferrari Apprentice Program, including the progression path from Apprentice to Technician, and ultimately, Master Technician.

The Ferrari North Europe Apprentice Program is meticulously crafted to equip apprentices with essential skills, utilising cutting-edge technology while emphasising the delivery of exceptional customer service. This comprehensive three-year program is dedicated to nurturing talent within our network, ensuring access to the most skilled and capable apprentices. To facilitate this program, Ferrari North Europe has partnered with EMTEC Colleges Limited, a division of Nottingham College, to oversee the Ferrari Apprenticeship Program.

The technical apprenticeships span a duration of three years, while non-technical programs have a two-year duration. Apprentices spend 86.5% of their time at Ferrari dealerships, working alongside experienced technicians and mentors. The classroom and training components of the program are conducted at the Ferrari Training Academy in Slough. Ferrari Apprentice trainers also conduct quarterly visits to dealerships to monitor progress and provide guidance for apprentice development.
